G8 summit will take place in Evian the 1st, 2nd and 3rd June of 2003, G8 regroup the 8 most industrialized richest countries of the world, it dictat a worldwide order to the benefit of a rolling in money minority to the detriment of an huge minority of individuals enslaved and oppressed. We think that must exist between human beings other relationships than commercial, domination and exploitation ones. Pollution, waste of natural ressources, the gaps of wealth are more and more catastrophic. Globalisation have for effects a shading off of the living and working conditions, and a reinforcement of social supervision. Patronate sustained by the States take the offensiv: Public services destruction, regression in the works laws, precariousness, flexibility, break of the social gotten (social security, pensions).

This capitalist system can't be reformed, because it ineluctably drive to these effects. The rupture with capitalism is at our sight the only possible way to avoid an economical and ecological, human catastroph.

Capitalism is War
War is a permanent state of the society, almost every domains of the social life are subject to the logic of militarisation. Militar-industrial lobbies are using the pretext of terrorism to intensify the worldwide war against the poors, the exploiteds, and all form of resistance against the capitalist order. They are one of the main motor of this system. If we want to stop the war machine, we have to nominate, block and attack its responsibles, its logics and its mainframes. To attendance of the states and capitalists, army repress social strugles and obtrude a worldwide order which oppress peoples (Argentina, Algeria, China, Tchetchenya, Irak).

Militarisation and merchandisation of the society and of individuals induct relationships marked by inequality, shakle of fundamental freedom and patriarchal oppression. Capitalists logics stimulate, particulary, a globalization and a regression of women situation in the world, as the massiv precarioussness, the bodies merchandisation or loss of autonomy.

The fact of circulating in our world is reserved to those who can afford it. Of course for peoples of South, North fortress ( Europe or U.S.A.) have barrier to leap, whatever human costs: death, racism, discrimination etc. Those who arrive to cross the borders, which divide the exploiteds and are the expression of nationalism, will become the over-exploited workmanship to the great benefit of patronate and mafias ( particulary for the persons who prostitute themselves). But in the North countries, mobility is also reserved to those who can pay for it.

Self Governement, direct action and direct democracy against States and capital
To get our voice heard seems to us as much important as, dislike many, we denunciate not only the effects but also the causes of globalization: Capitalism as well as Statism and parliamentarism which enclose peoples in a gardian-ship which prevent peoples to have the disposal of themselves, enslaving them through wages, police, magistracy, but also by encouraging all forms of alienation, religious, sexist, racist or homophob.

At a level never known during these last years, self-organization, direct action experiences, refusal more and more lucid and conscious of power commitment and of the statist or institutional ways of social transformation are developped.

We think that these movement are able to converge on these three fundamental elements:

refusal of power comitment and noticely of of the statist or institutional ways of social transformation
self-organisation and autonomy of the social movment on non-authoritarian bases
Revolutionary direct action and social desobedience
Effectively classwar is not dead! Only collectiv strugle, in our workplaces and lifeplaces, is able to allow the construction of a real opposal strenght to the capitalist offensiv.
